What do you do?
My first response is a playful, "Whatever I love!". I was born a creative entrepreneur. My other titles are interior designer, prop stylist, design advocate, event planner, constant creator, feminista,  life-long learner, interior designer, world traveler, lover of tequila, wife, and momma. I am drawn to creating beauty and for me, I must do what I love or else it just isn't worth it.

What's your design background?
After completing a Business Degree from the University of Southern California and an Associates Degree in Interior and Environmental Design from UCLA, I interned with tv host and magazine editor Joe Ruggiero. It was with Joe that I learned the power of color and pattern play in styling and design.

Moving back to Denver, Colorado, I opened Americana Home Collection, a beloved home furnishings and accessories store in the Cherry Creek North shopping neighborhood for 10 years. From that emerged my real estate staging and interior design business, DeSiGn. llc.

Always looking for a new creative venture, I joined with two partners, MC Pittinos and Eliza Prall, to form The Entertaining Shoppe (an online party e-commerce and content site) where I sourced, styled, and curated parties and developed hand-crafted party products.

How did you become an interior stylist?
I became an interior prop stylist 5 years ago, when a team from 5280 Home Magazine came to do a photo shoot about my home. Their stylist had just moved and they offered me the opportunity. Of course, I said yes, not knowing how to do any of it, but excited for the creative challenge!

What is something we may not know about you?
I have an entire closet of decorative throw pillows, I love creating cost effective, different looks with the turn of each season. I believe that by adding fresh flowers, pillows, and a change of books, a room can be transformed.

When you are not working what do you enjoy doing?
I really enjoy curating my INSTAGRAM account.  I'm such a visual person that I notice the smallest details that others pass by. My instagram feed reflects the beauty in the small details that then make up the big picture.

Also, my husband and I own a business, COLORADO CARAVAN, finding, restoring and converting caravans, shipping containers, and airstreams for tiny house living, pop-up shops, mobile studios, offices and bars.

What do you love about what you do?
I love the collaboration of the team.  In interior design it can be working with a client to create a space that makes them comfortable and happy. In party planning it is working with the client and their vision so that it comes to life. In photo shoot styling it can be working with the art director, the photographer, and the models to create a curated and edited space. #ilovemyjob
